Sally has been working in the video games industry now for a decade and spent six years at Ubisoft Reflections. During this time she worked on huge franchises like Just Dance, Watch Dogs and The Division and as a Producer, she managed the output of four separate teams, while liaising with other Ubisoft studios all around the world.
She left Ubisoft in 2018 to found her own studio, called Silent Games, and she works as the CEO alongside her role as a Senior Producer at No More Robots.
